Shipping Policy

At BONTANNY our goal is to offer you the best shipping, ensuring your light arrives quickly, safely, and securely.


To ensure the highest calibre of customer service we exclusively work with Fedex, UPS Ground, DHL and others to fulfill all orders from our warehouses located on the USA, Canada, UK, EU.


Please note that the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Any such taxes, duties or fees are to be paid separately by the buyer.

 

 

  • 1.Shipping Fees

United States: 

Free Shipping on the mainland, ship from our US warehouse , take around 4-5 days. 

 

Canada&EU&UK:

             10.01-15kg,              US$120/PC;

We only ship and sold on US CA UK EU.

  • 2.Order Schedule

The expected time frame of all orders is divided into 2 parts:

Processing time: within 48 hours（excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping time: 3~7 business days



  • 3.Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. The tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update. If after 48 hours your parcel tracking number location hasn’t updated please email us.

 

  • 4.Delivery Method

All USA orders ship via UPS Ground from our California warehouse and are shipped in the order in which they are received.  Our fulfillment center fulfills orders Monday - Friday. The time in transit depends on your distance from our distribution center in California (typically 1-5 business days).

All Canada / European orders ship via DHL from our China factory and are shipped in the order in which they are received.  Shipments to Canada generally take around 4-7 days. European orders can vary but are typically 4-10 days.

  • 5.Shipping Damage


BONTANNY ships all lights in unopened boxes, so customers will receive their lights in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us at support@bontanny.com

 

  • 6.Your Order Shows Delivered But Don’t Receive

If your tracking number shows delivered on the shipping company’s website but you don’t have it, please do the following:

• Check the area around your home for the package and ask anyone it may have been left with.

• If the package is not found please call the shipping company’s directly to report a missing package. so you can get the logistics information fastest.

• Pls email us about it at the same time. (support@bontanny.com)

Bontanny can not be held responsible for packages stolen from the delivery address so please be sure to ship to a secure location! If the items are lost, we need at least 30 days to investigate. so after we provide the tracking number, hope you can follow the dynamics of the logistics of the items, continue to view our mail about the notification, so you will receive the items successfully.
